Our son Henry

I have spent the past seven years posting photographs of other amazing people on my blog. Today, is different. I get to post a photo of our brand new son Henry. Henry is a week old today and it has been the best week of our lives.
When I was in seventh grade, I remember my science teacher telling us how important it is to really "stop and smell the roses." I think I can finally say I understand the magnitude of that phrase. I cannot soak up Henry's tiny precious face enough. I feel sad that it's already been a week! I know without a doubt life only gets better from here... But I am enjoying this time more than I can possibly express. God has blessed us with the most amazing gift I can imagine and I can say without hesitation, I am the luckiest mommy in the entire world.
